Jagratee Program
Sat, 27 Jun, 2026, 7:55 am
Project Navodaya Jagratee is an alumni-driven initiative aimed at supporting government primary schools with zero JNVST participation by providing 500 JNVST preparation books to 100 schools, along with structured guidance and monitoring. Teachers will act as “Navodaya Mentors” to conduct regular preparation sessions, while alumni volunteers will monitor schools, support teachers, and assist students with JNVST registration. The project was launched on 27 June 2026, with monitoring continuing until November 2027. Its main objective is to increase JNVST participation among rural students, provide equal access to quality preparation resources, and create a sustainable model that can eventually be expanded to 500–1,000 schools.
